HOT, HOT, finally HOT!!

Well, folks... that pretty much sums it up! We have officially started the HOT season! I kept wondering when it would get hot here, considering my folks back home in the NW were getting this kind of weather a month or more ago... well, we have finally arrived.

And to celebrate? We pumped up the neighbor's pool and had a pool party (ok, the kids played in the pool, and Mom got soaked in the process).

P.S. It really wasn't that bad... the house stayed cool, the breezes kept coming - and we had ice cream!
