Fourth of July picnic

For those of us who didn't go somewhere else for the summer, I have dubbed us "the remnant". The Remnant decided it would be good to have a celebration on the fourth and take advantage of our twelve visitors.

The visitors are kindly running the summer school and we don't have to!!!! We like them a LOT! Here are some pictures from our evening of fun. No fireworks (yeah! I don't like fireworks much) but lots of kids eating too much sugar and running around like crazy, and frizbee throwing, and general visiting and laugher. I felt right at home because in the NorthWest, where I am from, it almost always clouds up and rains on the fourth! It looked like it was going to, but never did.
