The Wall

Even though I am a bit of a Pink Floyd fan... This is really a post about an actual wall. They have been increasing security here and part of that is raising the walls of the campus. I have included a before and after picture and one of the guys who are doing all the hard work.


This is the before shot - this lady often grazes her cows and sheep in the area just across from our apartment - we may not have a common language, and we may have been too far to shout to each other, but give me a little room to gesture and a telephoto-lens and I can come up with a pretty good shot.


Now that the wall is higher we can't really see the tree or who is sitting beneath it... or the cute bunnies who live in the holes under the tree.... they were fun to watch too.


Here is a shot of some of the hardworking guys who have been increasing the walls... even though they don't look like they are working hard... well, they do - they got this wall up quickly and efficiently!
