END OF THE LONG DRY SPELL...

Dear Blogreaders....

I would like to make a confession: It is true Facebook took over my cyberlife and I have sadly neglected my blog. If you would all forgive me (and friend me on facebook? LOL) I would be honoured.

I will try to re-initiate the blogging bug and do better at keeping you up to date with the new adventures that God is sending our family on. ...but first I had better bring you up to speed!

I am engaged! My fiance, a wonderful Canadian who loves me despite my American passport (he was exctatic when we discovered that I am actually part Canadian, as my paternal Grandfather was born in Saskatchewan) lives in Montreal with his daughter. We will be working over the next many months to secure a job for me and a home for all of us there. If anyone has any helpful advice on that venture - feel free to speak up.

Apparently I still have a flair for loving things of other cultures and this will be another opportunity for our family to grow our worldview perspective! We are excited (and a little nervous too!)

I was able to take Steven with me on my trip up to Montreal recently and here is a photo of "most of us" I hope that the next family photo will get to include all six of us!
